Elli App is a healthcare mobile application designed to support independent living for people with cognitive impairment and their families.

We partnered with Elli Cares to create a clear, accessible, and emotionally reassuring product—reducing cognitive load and improving task completion through intuitive UX, high-contrast UI, and human-centered product design.

The Challenge

The existing experience carried high cognitive load, low contrast, and unclear hierarchy, making everyday tasks like medication, scheduling, and location tracking harder than necessary—while still needing to build trust with caregivers and families.

The Solution

We redesigned Elli App around clarity and accessibility. Simplified UX flows, high-contrast UI, and a calm visual language improved usability across key features such as reminders, mood tracking, scheduling, location tracking, and caregiver communication—supporting independence while giving families peace of mind.
