Rethinking how Meetings Work
Meetings are everywhere.
But they’re rarely designed.
They’re often fragmented, overloaded, and hard to follow, especially in fast-moving teams where clarity matters most.
This project started with a simple question:
What if meetings actually helped teams move forward?
More than capturing notes.
More than summarising conversations.
But actively support decisions, alignment, and momentum.

AI is useful, but without structure, it quickly becomes noise.
As a UI/UX design agency focused on SaaS and AI products, we approach these systems with one priority: making them usable.
For this project, that meant:
Reducing cognitive load at every step
Structuring information so it’s easy to act on
Designing flows that guide, rather than overwhelm
Instead of adding more features, the focus was on clarity, hierarchy, and flow.
Because the goal isn’t to showcase AI.
It’s to make it feel natural to use.
